Shipping Information
We offer delivery from as low as R50 per parcel depending on your location and the size of your order. You will be presented with an exact price for shipping your order on checkout and will be able to choose between a Pargo pick up point or delivery to your door.
We offer free shipping on all orders over R750!
Most orders are delivered between 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. For outlying areas please allow an extra 1-2 days. However, during peak periods this may be delayed slightly. You will receive email updates on your orders throughout the shipping process.
If you need your order delivered sooner please contact us for express delivery. There will be a surcharge for this service.
Our products are shipped from within South Africa so you will not need to pay customs or duty.
We do ship internationally under special circumstances. Please reach out to our team for more information.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We’re here to help! Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Silqé products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
To start the return process, please contact us at sales@silque.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
We sincerely apologize! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Share your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
